Editorial policy and sources

Every number on this site has a source we name and a date we show. Fuel prices come from each country's official announcements, the calculators show their full formula, and the maintenance tables are general hot-climate values that don't replace your car's manual. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it.

Who writes and checks

Content is written by the Sayarti+ team at HashStudio. We may use AI tools for first drafts and translation, but a person on the team checks every number and fact against its source before it goes live. We don't publish pages nobody has checked.

Fuel prices

  • Source: the official price announced in each country, as published by the responsible authority or the national fuel company. We link the announcement or page under every table.
  • Date: every table shows the date the current price took effect and the date we last checked it, even if the price didn't change.
  • Updates: we check each country at least once a month, and update within of any new official announcement.
  • If an update is late: if the last confirmed price is more than 120 days old without a check, we show the last known price with a clear warning that it may have changed.
  • Same prices as the app: the website and the Sayarti+ app read prices from the same source, so the number never differs between them.

Currency conversion

We convert prices to Saudi riyals and US dollars for comparison only, using exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API, updated automatically. The rate date is shown under every table. The official price is the one in local currency.

Calculators

  • same five points.

Maintenance schedules

The general maintenance schedule on our site and in the app is based on the severe driving conditions common in our region (heat, dust and short city trips), so its intervals are shorter than some manuals. Model pages (such as the Camry) are based on the owner's manual or warranty and maintenance booklet for the GCC or Egypt, and we name the document and its year on the page. We don't publish a model page until a person has checked it against the manual. If anything differs, your car's manual and dealer are the reference.

Guides and templates

Guides explain the general steps and link you to your country's official portal for the procedure itself. Government procedures and fees can change, so check the portal before relying on any detail. Our Word, Excel and PDF templates are our own, free, and for guidance; they are not official documents.

Independence and ads

Sayarti+ is not affiliated with any government entity, and we accept no payment to mention a product, garage or station in our content. If we ever add an affiliate link, we'll say so clearly next to it. We only mention other apps by name for comparison or import, without their logos.

Corrections

Found a wrong number or outdated information? Use the "Report an error" link at the bottom of any page, or email support@sayartiplus.com with the page link. We review every report and fix mistakes within. Significant corrections (a number or a price) are noted at the bottom of the page with their date.
