Deadlines
Every company-car deadline in one list
For each car, add the expiry of its registration or vehicle licence, insurance and periodic inspection, and its next service by date or kilometres; for each driver, their licence expiry. The fleet dashboard puts the nearest deadline first, and reminders go out 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before to the owner, the managers and the responsible driver.
Renewing a company car's registration or insurance happens on your country's official portal or with your insurer; our job is to make sure you know well in advance, and that the new expiry date sits in the car's record afterwards.

Drivers log from their phones, managers see the cost
The driver fills up, logs the litres or amount and photographs the receipt, even offline.
The entry is saved under their name on the car assigned to them and uploads once online.
The manager sees this month's cost per car and per driver, and an alert if a car uses more fuel than its average.

A sales rep, technician or supervisor takes the company car home and drives it daily. Assign the car to them in the app so they log its fuel and service, while its deadlines and costs stay in front of you. To compare fairly, work out the company car's real cost per km (fuel, service, insurance, fees and depreciation), multiply by the employee's monthly kilometres, and compare that with the allowance. The fleet cost per km calculator does it for every car. Allowance rules and tax differ by country, so check them with your accountant.

Plans for 10, 25, 50 and 100 cars, monthly or yearly at 10 months' price. The trial is 14 days, no card, up to 10 cars. At your limit nothing locks; if the plan stops, your data stays readable and exportable for 90 days.

Is there a free company car tracking app?
The trial is 14 days free with no card, and drivers are always free. For one or two cars the free Sayarti+ app is enough, and if you prefer a spreadsheet we have a free tracking template.
Does it need a GPS device in the car?
No. No devices, no installation. Sayarti+ Business tracks deadlines, costs and service, not location.
Can a driver see the company's other cars?
No. Drivers see only the cars assigned to them, not other costs or reports.
Does the app renew a company car's registration or insurance?
No. Renewal happens on your country's official portal or with your insurer. We remind you before the date and keep the new expiry.
Do you ask for drivers' ID numbers?
No. A driver needs only a phone and a sign-in; we keep their licence expiry date if you want, never its number.
How many cars can I track?
Up to 100 cars on the largest plan, with unlimited drivers.
Is Sayarti+ linked to a government body?
No. Sayarti+ is an independent app, not affiliated with any government entity, and doesn't connect to any government system.
