In most small companies, car information is scattered: a spreadsheet nobody updates, receipt photos in WhatsApp chats, and dates in the manager's head. Get started in 3 steps
Create your company
Install Sayarti+ and sign in with Google, Apple or an email code: no passwords. Type the company name and pick the country and currency. The free trial starts right away.
Add cars and invite drivers
Add each car with its make, model and registration, insurance and inspection dates. Then send drivers the invite code or link, or show them a QR code to scan with their phone camera. You approve each request and assign each driver a car.
Follow the fleet from one dashboard
Drivers log fill-ups, service and expenses with receipt photos; you see what's due first and this month's cost per car and per driver, and export the report whenever you like.
Reminders
No registration or insurance expires without you knowing
The fleet dashboard lists every car with the most urgent deadline first: registration, insurance, periodic inspection, driver's licence and the next service. Reminders go to the owner, the managers and the car's assigned driver.

The fuel alert compares the last 3 fill-ups with the car's average over the previous 90 days, and only appears once there are at least 3 earlier fill-ups, so it doesn't cry wolf.
How it works
Drivers log it, you see the cost
The driver logs a fill-up, service, expense or fine and photographs the receipt.

A car can have several drivers and a driver several cars. Remove a member and their access stops at once; their entries stay under their name.
Invite
Add drivers with a code or link
Send a 6-character code or a link on WhatsApp. The driver installs the app, signs in, enters the code, and you approve. We never ask for ID or Iqama numbers. Remove a driver and their access stops at once; their past entries stay.
You can also show a QR code on your phone for the driver to scan with their camera. An invite is valid for 7 days for any number of drivers, and every join request needs your approval. The invite says whether the person joins as a driver or a manager.
A driver only needs a phone and a sign-in (Google, Apple or email). We never ask for ID, Iqama or licence numbers.
Reports
Reports your accountant can use
Monthly or any-period reports by car, by driver or by category. Export to Excel, CSV or PDF in Arabic or English. Need to invoice your customers? Try Fawtarji, from the same developer.

A fine counts once, as a fine, never again as an expense, so totals don't double up.

In Saudi Arabia
Reminders before each car's registration, insurance and periodic inspection expire, and each driver's licence, plus any date you add yourself, such as an operating card or a service contract. Amounts in riyals; fuel grades 91, 95 and diesel. You renew on the official portal; we remind you well before.
In Egypt
Reminders before each vehicle licence, driver licence and insurance expire, and service by kilometres. Amounts in pounds; fuel 80, 92, 95, diesel and CNG, so you know each vehicle's cost on petrol or gas.
In the Gulf, Jordan, Iraq and North Africa it works with your currency and dates. Sayarti+ is not affiliated with any government entity.

Do drivers need a subscription?
No. Drivers are free and unlimited; you only pay by number of cars.
Will my personal cars mix with company data?
No. A Personal | Company switch keeps them separate.
Can a driver see other cars' costs?
No. Drivers only see the cars assigned to them.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
The company stays read-only and exportable for 90 days, then we warn you 14 days before deletion. Your data is never held hostage.
Is there GPS tracking?
No. It tracks deadlines, costs and service, not locations.
Is it connected to any government system?
No. Sayarti+ is independent and not affiliated with any government entity. You enter the dates; we remind you.
How do I start the trial?
Install the app, sign in with Google, Apple or an email code, then choose “Create company”. The trial lasts 14 days.
Is there a free vehicle and driver tracking app?
Drivers are always free in Sayarti+ Business, and the trial is 14 days free with no card. With only one or two cars, the free app is enough. If you prefer a spreadsheet, we have a free tracking template.
Can drivers log without internet?
Yes. Drivers log a fill-up or service and photograph the receipt offline; it uploads automatically once they're online.
Can a car have more than one driver?
Yes. A car can have several drivers and a driver several cars; every entry is saved under the name of who logged it.
What if I reach my plan's car limit?
Nothing locks. Cars, drivers and entries keep working; you just can't add another car until you upgrade or mark a car as sold.
Does it work for trucks and buses?
Yes. The make and model list includes light and medium trucks and buses, with service by kilometres and cost per vehicle.
Can I run my personal cars and the company's in the same app?
Yes. Switch between Personal and Company at the top of the screen. Nobody in the company sees your personal data.
Is there a web dashboard?
Not yet. Everything runs in the phone app; a web dashboard is planned for a later version. Reports export to Excel for your computer.
Who owns the company's data?
You do. Export it any time as Excel, CSV or PDF; if the plan stops, it stays readable and exportable for 90 days.
