Sayarti+ Business
Your car works on ride-hailing with a driver? Know its real cost
Many owners run one car or more on Uber, Careem or inDrive with a driver, for a daily rent or a share. The catch: you don't see the car. Fuel, oil and tyres are spent out of sight. With Sayarti+ Business the driver logs every cost with a receipt photo, and you see each car's real cost.
- Drivers free
- 14-day trial, no card
- Not connected to any ride-hailing app

The maths
Does running a car with a driver pay?
The answer is one number: cost per km. Add up everything the car costs you in a month (fuel, service, tyres, insurance and any loan payment) and divide by the kilometres. Then compare it with what the driver pays you or your share of the takings. Sayarti+ gives you the first part precisely; you enter the second part in the calculator.
Example: a car did 6,000 km in a month and cost 3,000 → 0.50 per km. If the agreed rent is 4,500 a month, 1,500 is left before wear and the car's loss of value.
How it works
You watch, the driver logs
Create a company in the app (even for just two cars) and add your cars with their deadlines.
Send the driver the invite code, a WhatsApp link or a QR code, approve the request and assign their car.
The driver logs every fill-up, service, expense and fine with a receipt photo; you see the cost and fuel flags on your phone.
Car runs two shifts? Assign two drivers; every entry carries the name of whoever logged it.

Fleet dashboard
What you see without being in the car
This month's cost per car and per driver
Flag: the car used more than its average over the last 3 fill-ups
Oil and tyres by kilometre; the reminder reaches you and the driver
Registration, insurance and the nearest deadline first
The flag doesn't accuse the driver; the cause may be traffic, tyres or a small fault. But it gives you a reason to ask in time, not two months later.
Service
A car that works all day needs closer service
A ride-hailing car can cover in a month what a family car covers in four. Reminders by kilometre matter more than by date.
Engine oil every 5,000 km or 6 months in hot climates (the default; adjust it)
Tyres and brakes: check them at every service
The AC runs for hours: watch the filter
Battery in the heat: test it every 6 months
Log washes and parking; they're part of cost per km
In Egypt: petrol or natural gas?
Ride-hailing cars in Egypt cover long distances, so many owners consider converting to CNG. In the app choose “petrol and CNG” for a converted car and costs are counted from both. Before converting, work out when it pays back.
Hand the car over on paper
A written agreement protects both sides: odometer, fuel level, condition and receipts. Download the free vehicle hand-over form and keep dated car photos in the app.
What Sayarti+ doesn't do for owners
- Doesn't record income, trips or daily rent for now; work out profit in the calculator
- Not connected to Uber, Careem or inDrive and never reads the driver's account
- No location tracking (no GPS)
- Doesn't write the agreement or collect the rent
- We never ask for the driver's ID or Iqama number
Pricing
Pay by cars. Drivers are free.
The smallest plan covers up to 10 cars, monthly or yearly (yearly costs 10 months). Saudi Arabia: Pricing coming soon. Egypt: Pricing coming soon. Only one or two cars and you drive them yourself? The free app is enough.

FAQ
FAQ
Is it connected to Uber, Careem or inDrive?
No. Sayarti+ is independent, connects to no ride-hailing app and never reads the driver's account. The driver logs costs himself.
Does it record the daily rent or the car's income?
Not for now. The app records costs. Enter the rent or your share in the cost per km calculator to see what's left.
Does the driver pay?
No. Drivers are free and unlimited. They install the app, sign in and enter the invite code.
Can the driver see my other cars?
No. Only the car assigned to them; no reports and no other drivers.
Do I need Business for one car?
If someone else drives it and you want them logging from their phone, yes. If you drive it yourself, the free app is enough; sharing a car with a driver is also in Pro.
What if I change drivers?
Remove the old driver: access stops at once and their entries stay. Then invite the new one and assign the car.
Is it affiliated with a government entity?
No. Sayarti+ is an independent app, not affiliated with any government entity. You enter the dates; we remind you.
