Delete your account right here

If you signed in to the app with an account (Google, Apple or an email code), enter your account email to get a 6-digit code, then enter the code to confirm. You do not need the app.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We then send a confirmation to your email.

“More › Account & sync › Delete account” (the button at the bottom). If you are inside a company, switch to “Personal” first.

If you never created an account

Everything is on your phone and we hold no copy. To delete it, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone settings. Export a copy first if you want one.

What is deleted, and when

Immediately from our servers: your cars, synced records, attachments and sessions, the companies you own (for all their members), and your email, name and sign-in ids. Database backups age out within 14 days. Attachments are in no backup.

If you are a driver or manager in a company and delete your account, the entries you logged stay with the company and your name shows as “Former driver” (or “Former manager”).

What stays: anonymous purchase records (RevenueCat events and the cleared user row) for 5 years for refunds, tax and fraud checks, then deleted, plus the purchase records Google and Apple hold. The data on your phone is not touched by deleting the account.

Subscriptions and ads

Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first. Lifetime purchases stay tied to your store account and can be restored later.

The advertising ID on your phone is not ours to delete; you can reset it in your phone’s ad settings.
