Sayarti+ Business
Know what every courier and every car costs your delivery company
Delivery cars cover hundreds of kilometres a week in short hops. With Sayarti+ Business each courier logs fuel and service from their phone, and you see this month's cost for every car and every courier.
- Couriers free and unlimited
- 14-day trial, no card

The problem
Where does the fuel money go?
In most small delivery companies the courier pays for fuel, sends a receipt photo on WhatsApp, and someone copies it into an Excel file at month-end. The result: lost receipts, late numbers, and nobody knows which car burns more than the others.
Receipts scattered across WhatsApp chats
Oil changes run late because the odometer climbs faster than you think
A registration or insurance expires and a car is off the road
How it works
Start in 3 steps
Create the company in the app: name, country and currency.
Add your delivery cars with their deadlines: registration, insurance, inspection and next service.
Invite couriers with a 6-character code, a WhatsApp link or a QR code, approve each request and assign each courier their car.
A car can have several couriers (shifts), and a courier can drive several cars.
Logging
Couriers log between orders in seconds
Fill-up: any two of litres, price per litre and total; we work out the third.
A receipt photo with every entry, so nothing gets lost.
Works offline: the entry is saved on the phone and uploads when it's online.
Every entry carries the name of who logged it; only they can edit it, within 24 hours.

Fuel flag
Spot the car that burns more than its average
The fleet dashboard compares each car's last 3 fill-ups with its own average over the previous 90 days and flags a jump: “Car 4 uses 30% more than its average”. The cause might be under-inflated tyres, a clogged air filter, driving style, or fuel that never reached the tank. The flag accuses nobody; it's a question to start from.
The flag needs at least 3 earlier fill-ups for that car.

The maths
What does one order cost you?
Sayarti+ Business gives you each car's monthly cost and kilometres. Divide cost by kilometres for the cost per km, then multiply by your average distance per order. The app doesn't record orders; take that number from your delivery platform or your own system.
Example: a car cost 2,400 this month (fuel, service, expenses) over 4,000 km → 0.60 per km. Average order 6 km → about 3.6 per order in car costs, before the courier's pay.
Your country
In Saudi Arabia and in Egypt
Saudi Arabia
Pick petrol 91 or 95 for each car; costs are in riyals. Add registration, insurance, inspection and the courier's licence dates, and reminders arrive 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. Renewal itself is done on your country's official portal.
Egypt
Pick petrol 80, 92 or 95, or petrol plus CNG for converted cars; costs are in pounds. Add the car licence, driver's licence and insurance. Thinking of converting delivery cars to CNG? Try the CNG calculator.
Reports
Month-end report, ready for the accountant
Monthly or any-period reports by car, by courier or by category. Export to Excel, CSV or PDF in Arabic or English and send it to the accountant instead of a pile of receipts. Fines are counted once, as fines, never twice.
Rather start with a spreadsheet?
Download the free fuel consumption sheet to compare couriers and cars. When the fleet grows or you're tired of collecting numbers, move to the app.

FAQ
FAQ
Do couriers pay?
No. Couriers are free and unlimited; you pay by number of cars only.
Can a courier see other cars' costs?
No. They see only the cars assigned to them, not reports or other couriers.
Is it connected to delivery platforms like Jahez, HungerStation or Talabat?
No. Sayarti+ is independent and connects to no platform. It records car costs only.
How do I know a courier uses too much fuel?
The dashboard flags a car whose last 3 fill-ups exceed its own 90-day average, and shows cost per courier.
What if a courier leaves?
Remove them and their access stops at once; all their past entries stay in the reports.
Does logging work offline?
Yes. It's saved on the courier's phone and uploads once online.
Is it affiliated with a government entity?
No. Sayarti+ is an independent app, not affiliated with any government entity. You enter the dates; we remind you.
