Start in a minute
Three steps, and you can skip any of them: add your car (model, fuel type and odometer; the plate is optional), then its key dates, then your last fill-up. No account, no paywall and no ads while you set up. Want to look around first? Try it with a demo car.
Your car dashboard
Open the app and see what matters: the odometer, a strip of upcoming deadlines sorted by urgency and colour-coded, how many are overdue or due soon, this month's spend and your cost per km. Log fuel, a service or an expense from the same screen; a fill-up takes 3 taps at most.
Date and km reminders
Add the expiry dates of your registration, inspection, insurance and licence, and Sayarti+ reminds you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before. Remind by date or by kilometres, whichever comes first. Your country's deadlines come preset, each with a link to the official portal so you can renew yourself.
You enter the dates. We don't connect to any government system.
Fuel log
Log a fill-up in 3 taps: enter any two of litres, price per litre and total, and we work out the third. Consumption is calculated full tank to full tank, with partial and forgotten fill-ups handled. Choose L/100 km or km/L.
Service log
Oil, filters, tyres, battery, brakes, AC, wash… with default intervals set for hot climates that you can change. After each service we ask: remind you of the next one? Log insurance, parking, fees and fines too, and attach the receipt photo for free.
Expenses
Log everything the car costs you: insurance, registration and fees, parking, tolls, washes, fines, loan instalments and anything else. VAT and discount fields are optional, and the receipt photo is free. Every cost flows into your reports and cost per km automatically.
How many instalments are left?
Enter the monthly instalment, what’s still owed and the due day. Sayarti+ shows how many payments are left and the month of the last one, and reminds you before each due date. When you pay, tap “Paid” and it’s logged as a car expense. Free.
Fines log
Add a fine with its amount, date and discount deadline, and we'll remind you before the discount ends. We don't look up or pay fines; we only open the official portal link for you.
Documents and card scan
Keep photos of your registration card and insurance in the app for free, ready when you need them, even offline. With Pro, scan the card and the app reads the expiry date on your phone itself; you confirm and the reminder is set. We never store ID, Iqama or licence numbers.
Reports
See where your car money goes: monthly and yearly spend by category, cost per km and per day, and the full cost of ownership (purchase price plus running costs, minus the sale price). Unlock detailed reports by watching an ad, or with Pro. Pro also creates a service-history PDF in Arabic or English, handy when you sell.
Several cars
Two cars free, unlimited with Pro. Each car keeps its own log, deadlines and units, and you switch between them with one tap on Home. Sold a car? Mark it as sold and it stays in your history and reports.

Switch from your old app

Export your data from Drivvo, Fuelio or aCar as a CSV file.
In Sayarti+, open “Your data”, then “Import your log”, and pick the file.
Review what will be imported, choose the car, and confirm.
We save a copy of your current data before importing, and the file is never uploaded to any server. Importing is free.
Arabic-first
Right-to-left Arabic, clear digits, your local currency, a Saturday week start and optional Hijri dates. Full English too.
Widgets
Add a next-deadline widget to your home screen to see what's coming without opening the app, and a quick fill-up widget that opens the fuel form straight away. Free.
Sync and sharing
The app never needs an account. If you want sync, sign in with Google, Apple or an email code: your data backs up to the cloud automatically, shows up on more than one device, and you can share a car with your family or driver. If you've been using the app without an account, all your data moves into the account when you sign in.
The backup file and Google Drive/iCloud backup are always free, no account needed.

Personal or Company, one tap
A switch at the top of the app moves you between your own cars and the company's. The data is fully separate: nobody in the company sees your personal cars.
Three clear roles
The owner runs everything, billing included. Managers see all cars and reports and assign cars. Drivers see only their own cars and log for them.
Invite by code, link or QR
Send a 6-character code or a WhatsApp link, or show a QR code the driver scans with the phone camera. Invites last 7 days, and every join request needs your approval.
Fleet dashboard and fuel alerts
Every car sorted by urgency, the overdue count, and this month's cost per car and per driver. We flag any car using more fuel than its own average.
Excel, CSV and PDF reports
Monthly or any-period reports by car, driver or category. Export to Excel, CSV or PDF in Arabic or English, ready for your accountant.
Your data is never held hostage
If the plan stops, the company turns read-only and stays exportable for 90 days, then we warn you 14 days before anything is deleted.
A web dashboard comes later; for now everything runs in the app. No GPS tracking and no fuel cards.

Do reminders work offline?
Yes. Reminders are scheduled on your phone and don't depend on our servers.
Are receipt photos free?
Yes. Receipt and document photos are always free.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers 2 cars with all logging, reminders, basic reports and backup. Pro adds unlimited cars, sync between devices, card scanning, the service-history PDF and no ads. Compare plans.
Do you store ID or Iqama numbers?
No, never. The plate number is optional too.
Can I bring my data from another car app?
Yes. Export it from the old app as a CSV and import it into Sayarti+ for free.
Is Sayarti+ Business a separate app?
No. It's the same app: create a company from the menu and a Personal | Company switch appears. You need to sign in, because company data is shared between its members.
Can a driver see other cars' costs or the reports?
No. Drivers see only the cars assigned to them and log for them, and can edit their own entries for 24 hours. Reports and costs are for the owner and managers.
Do I need Business for my family's cars?
No. Pro covers family cars: unlimited cars and sharing with family members or a private driver. Business is made for companies with drivers and reports.
