How it works
How it works in a rental office
Add your cars with make, model, odometer and each car's deadlines. The list covers the makes common in the Gulf and Egypt.
Invite staff with a code, link or QR code: the branch manager as manager, the hand-over staff as drivers assigned to the cars they look after.
At each hand-over or return, staff update the odometer and log fuel, wash or any expense with a receipt photo.
You see the fleet dashboard: most urgent first, and this month's cost per car.
By kilometre
Service by kilometre, not just by date
Each item has a default interval set for hot climates, which you can change per car. The reminder comes at whichever is first: kilometres or months. Examples of the app's defaults:

Earnings
See which cars earn and which drain you
The cost-by-car report adds up fuel, service, tyres, insurance, fines and every expense. Compare it with what each car brings in from your booking system and you'll know which car is due for sale. When you sell it, mark it as sold: it stays in the reports and no longer counts towards your plan.
Hand-over and return: note the odometer and condition
The app doesn't write rental contracts, but it keeps odometer readings, car photos and receipts with their dates. If you want a signed sheet with the customer or employee, we have a free printable vehicle hand-over form.

Pay by cars. Staff are free.

Is Sayarti+ Business car rental software?
No. It isn't a booking or contract system. It keeps each car's service, deadlines and costs, next to whatever booking system you use.
How does it know when a car is due if its km change daily?
Staff update the odometer at returns or with any entry; the app estimates the daily rate and reminds you at kilometres or date, whichever is first.
Can staff see every car's costs?
No. Staff with the driver role see only their assigned cars. Owners and managers see everything.
Can I export costs for the accountant?
Yes, by car, category or staff member, as Excel, CSV or PDF in Arabic or English.
What happens when I sell a car?
Mark it as sold: it stays in history and reports and no longer counts towards your plan.
Do you ask for customers' ID numbers?
No. Sayarti+ never stores ID or Iqama numbers.
Is it affiliated with a government entity?
No. Sayarti+ is an independent app, not affiliated with any government entity. Renewals are done on your country's official portal; we remind you when they're due.
