Delivery driver? See what your car spends on every order
Short orders and constant stops burn more fuel and wear tyres and brakes faster. Sayarti+ logs every fill-up and service in seconds and shows your cost per km and per day, so you know what delivery really pays you.
Sayarti+ is independent and not connected to any delivery app.

Why a delivery car costs more to run
Delivery means many short hops, switching the engine off and on dozens of times, and waiting with the AC running. That pushes consumption above highway figures and brings oil and brake service closer. Many drivers count only fuel and forget service, tyres and the value the car loses.
What does each order cost you in car costs?
The number that matters isn't the fuel price; it's what each order costs you. Work it out once a month in three steps:
- Add up the month's car costs: fuel, service, tyres, washes, fines, the loan or rent, and a month's share of insurance and registration.
- Divide by every kilometre you drove that month, empty runs included. That's your cost per km.
- Multiply by the average km per order (there and back). That's your cost per order.
Example with sample numbers
Example: monthly costs 3,000, distance 4,000 km, so cost per km is 0.75. If an average order is 6 km there and back, each order costs your car 4.5. If the order pays 12, you keep 7.5 before waiting time.
Sayarti+ works out your cost per km from your log; you only divide by your orders.

Monthly check-list for a delivery car
A delivery car reaches its service dates faster than most. Check these once a month, and log what you replace in Sayarti+ so it reminds you of the next one.
- Tyre pressure when cold, and uneven wear
- Brake pads: squeal or judder when stopping
- Oil level and colour, and how far to the next change
- Cabin filter: weak cooling or a smell
- Battery: slow starts after many stops
- Coolant before the hot days
- Wipers and lights for night shifts
- Insurance and registration or licence expiry dates
Delivering in Saudi Arabia or Egypt?
In Saudi Arabia
Distances between districts are long and it's hot most of the year, so the AC runs all shift. Watch your consumption in summer, and log your registration, periodic inspection and insurance dates to be reminded before each. Fuel prices change at each review; see them on the fuel prices page.
In Egypt
Traffic and short runs push fuel use up, and many couriers think about CNG. Work out when a conversion pays back before you decide, and log your car licence and insurance dates to get reminders.
Sayarti+ doesn't connect to any government system; you enter the dates and renew on your country's official portal.

Is the free version enough?
Yes, for one or two cars: all logging, reminders and basic reports.

Divide the month's car costs by the kilometres to get cost per km, then multiply by the average km per order, there and back.
